OK, not the best.
They feel cheap. Very hard to open and close. They do cut through cardboard, however.

The tool I need in the ICU
A colleague of mine in the ER had these and let me use hers. We aren't supplied these (unfortunately) so I had to have some. I will buy more.

Great trauma shears
Bought a box of 25 for my coworkers' Christmas gifts. They are solid shears with sturdy handles. They are quite large, but fit into the side of cargo pants nicely. I would recommend these, especially in bulk for a better price.
