The curved tips are longer than other cannulas. The ends flare out which seems to allow easier/faster passage of the oxygenated air. The tubing has a smaller diameter than other cannulas. The tubing does not become stiff in a short time like other cannulas. Fantastic price for the cannulas. I continually buy them for my COPD. I highly recommend them.
