The TRS™ PRO X tactical response sling is a rapid access sling pack designed for operational and tactical medics who need quick access to critical care trauma and bleeding supplies while providing optional ballistic protection for the user.
The smooth contoured single-strap design makes access to your gear simple and quick; just spin it around to your front side, drop the easy-grab large zipper pullers, and the large main pocket swings open for immediate view of four removable and customizable trauma supply panels. A top pocket holds your QuickLitter™ and triage tags and a rear pocket fits up to 12” M4L optional ballistic armor protection or can fit hypothermia blankets. Three quick grab low profile handles are located on the top and sides for versatile recovery. The TRS™ PRO X can be quickly removed by triggering the front release buckle. A large front name tape area offers space for easy identification or GLINT tape. Constructed internally and externally from non-absorbing infection control materials, the TRS™ PRO X is specifically designed to easily clean and remove blood borne pathogens while delivering a highly organized solution for your equipment so you can respond faster and safer. Meret TRS PRO X Sling
This is a nice bag. We had an active shooter scare in one of our school and decided to beef up our preparedness for an active shooter. I purchased these bags with the purpose of carrying TQ and Israli Bandages. I also purchased separately four 6" Molle pouches and i attached them to the front of each of these bags to expand their capacity. The molle system seems very sturdy. Inside comes with the velcro plates with the straps on them and i can easily place 6 SAM-XT TQ on each side, but i did one side TQ and the other Israli Bandages. The outside molle pouches hold cling wrap, dressings, and an alternate TQ, the RATS TQ. Lastly the pouch in the back of the bag will hold a protective plate. I havent purchased these yet, we are still deciding to or not, but for now i've placed some large multi trauma dressings back there and they fit perfect. This bag is light and certainly very sturdy. I especially like the hinge strap on the side when you open the main compartment. This allows me to use these bags for how i envision them, during a mass casulty triage stage, and this strap allows me to sling the bag backwards on my front side and open it up, the strap holds the compartment open and level so i can work out of the bag without zipping it open and closing it to move and its not bouncing everywhere while moving. Its functional and quality material and design. I recommend.
Lastly with the inside compartment being completely lined with velcro you can literally make this bag as customizable as you'd like with aftermarket pouches and such. Honestly i want one for my personal use because they are a basic design that can be formatted to fit exactly whatever i need it to.
