E.T. Tube Stylettes

ET tube stylettes, also known as intubation stylettes, are narrow, flexible rods or wires that are used during the intubation process to assist with the insertion of an endotracheal tube (ET tube) into the trachea.

Stylettes are typically made of malleable materials such as plastic-coated metal or flexible plastic. They are designed to be inserted into the lumen or inside of the ET tube, providing it with shape and rigidity, which aids in guiding the tube into the proper position within the airway.
